197. Laughing Kookaburra
February 11, 2008This is a photo I took recently (3 February 2008) at a National Park in Victoria, Australia. It is a kookaburra, a native Australian bird. The ‘laughing kookaburra,’ Dacelo novaeguineae, is found throughout much of Australia, especially along the eastern coasts and the south west coast of the country.
Kookaburras belong to the kingfisher family, Alcedinidae (Coraciiformes).

I’m too late for the intersesting poll. Anyway, my church incorporates A LOT of musical forms, anywher from kids singing to choirs to bells, to solo kyries to guitars and so on. Also, the kids are involved twice a week in various crafts. Home-style cooking is another somewhat craft that is popular in my church. Church is by no means boring!
Hi, thanks for dropping by! Wow, your church sounds really creative! That’s unreal.
